Introduction
Level 3 is the final stage of the Scapicchio Academy — the ultimate test where everything learned must be proven. In Bovino, under the eye of the Masters, you will demonstrate advanced honing, shaving, hygiene, and service at the highest level. Passing this examination means joining a legacy of barbers recognized worldwide as true custodians of the Scapicchio tradition.
What You Will Learn
You will learn to perform under high pressure, completing both a practical and written examination, while being thoroughly questioned on your in-depth knowledge of the craft.
For Who?
Level 3 is reserved for barbers who have successfully completed Levels 1 and 2 and are ready to face the ultimate challenge. It is designed for those who wish to prove their mastery under examination and earn recognition as part of the Scapicchio tradition in Bovino.

Hone three razors provided by the Scapicchio family
14:00 – 15:00 — Lunch Break
15:00 – 17:30 — Advanced Freehand Honing
Hone one razor freehand and present the result to the Scapicchio family

Certification
Becoming a Scapicchio Master means earning international recognition as an official Master Barber joining a select circle of barbers worldwide you will represent the tradition at Academy events meet once a year in Bovino with fellow Masters and return every two years for revalidation to ensure the highest standard of the craft
